Congtratulations to Gabrielle Walcott (on right in picture) who come third in the recent Miss World competition. Trinidad women deserve recognition globally although my own view is its their intelligence and resilience that needs the applauds. It is the women of Trinidad who hold it all together and make families work, it is the women of Trinidad who now exceed the men in educational attainment and in work style and quality.
